1) GENERAL ORIENTATIONS

It is possible to exchange or return the product as long as the request occurs within a period of up to 7 (seven) consecutive days from the date of receipt of the product.

It is important to observe the following conditions:

- The product must be sent back in its original packaging;
- The product must not have signs of use;
- If any discrepancy or violation of the product is identified, we will not accept the exchange / return and will send the product to the sender without consultation.
- Products purchased from other virtual or physical stores must be exchanged / returned directly to the store where they were purchased.

Upon receiving your exchange / return, the product will be analyzed according to the rules of the Consumer Protection Code.

2) RETURN AND EXCHANGE

2.1) Return due to regret or withdrawal from purchase

It is possible to return the products by repentance or withdrawal, provided that the request occurs within a period of up to 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. Then you need to choose the desired reimbursement option.

2.2) Defect in the received product

If you receive a defect when receiving your product, please inform the SAC Training Store for guidance on the procedures to be adopted. The deadline for exchanging defective products is up to 30 days after receipt at your address. It will undergo analysis of the reported defect and, within up to 15 days, you will receive a return on the exchange. The refund will be through a discount coupon for new purchase on the website.

If a defect is detected due to misuse or washing, the exchange will fail and the product will be returned without the right to exchange.

2.3) DIVERGENCIES

If any of the following occurs, contact our Customer Service immediately.

- Product in disagreement with the order;
- Lack of accessories;
- Defective product;
- Open or damaged packaging.

2.4) Return or exchange freight

2.4.1) First Exchange

The first return is made on behalf of the Training Store, unless the purchase order has received free shipping. In this case, the exchange will be paid by the customer.
In the case of reversal of the purchase price, only the value of the products for return will be computed.

2.4.2) From the Second Exchange

The costs of returning and resending the product will be the customer's responsibility.

 

3) EXCHANGE FAILURE CONDITIONS

3.1) Return outside the deadlines mentioned above or without communicating to our customer service;

3.2) Product with signs of accidental or provoked damage (Examples: improper washing, wear, etc.);

3.3) Product modified by the customer (examples: bars, sewing adjustments, dyeing, etc.);

3.4) Absence of defect (not finding the damage pointed out by the customer);

3.5) Natural wear and tear due to use.


4) REFUNDS

All refunds will be made in the amount paid for the product and according to the payment method chosen.

4.1) In case of payment by credit card, the refund of the amount will be made through DEAL on the card used.

4.2) Payment via bank slip or deposit, will be deposited in the informed account, within 10 working days. Preferably Itau, Santander and Bradesco.

4.3) Payment via intermediaries such as PagSeguro or PayPal, will be refunded at the intermediary itself.


NOTE: If the purchase was benefited by Free Shipping due to reaching the promotion value and the return subtract an amount that leaves the purchase below the benefit value, the chargeback will be charged.
